Kayak Fishing tournament extravaganza!
The Extreme Edge Kayak Fishing tournament held in Tampa October 8th and 9th brought about seven individual slams and a 77 inch team Slam. Close to forty Kayaks were entered in the tournament. The tournament was hosted by Extreme Edge Fishing.
The Tampa kayak fishing winners were Ryan Jacobs 1st Slam 68 inches, and Glen Pla 2nd Slam 65.5 inches. 1st Redfish won by Sharon Magwood 23 inches, 1st Trout Marty Mood 23 inches, and 1st snook Jeff Gaston 28.5 inches. Top Prizes awarded were an Ocean Kayak Prowler, Kistler Rod, Emotion Fisherman, Old Town Predator, and a W.S Tarpon 140 and lets not forget the prize money.
The 5th and Final Leg of this years EEF kayak fishing tournament series will be held the weekend of December 3rd and 4th in Houston Texas. The host of this event will be Fishing Tackle Unlimited. For more information see the Extreme Edge Fishing Website
