OCEAN KAYAK SIDEKICK

The Ocean Kayak Sidekick is designed for an adult paddler and a small child or pet with a weight limit up to 90 lbs. The primary paddler assumes the primary paddling position and the small child or pet has several seating options. Ocean Kayak Sidekick’s colors come in yellow, red blue, lime, aqua, sky, sunrise, tangerine, and titanium. The Sidekick bow design is upswept in order to keep the kids and pets dry during paddling.

The Sidekick comes with a 6 inch hatch and deck rigging mainly for looks but can be used for a safety grab if needed. The dimensions of the Ocean Kayak Sidekick are 12 feet 4.5 inches long, 32.5 inches wide and weights 52 lbs. The weight capacity is 300 to 350 pounds. Ocean Kayak looks like they made a great solution for a family kayak enabling kayakers to take small children and pets on your kayaking adventures. This can only be good for the kayaking industry by getting the kids started early.
